Tiger Trowel Universal uses a special design, to aid in coverage by using a varying notch.  This trowel can be used on thick tile, thin tile, large format, and smaller formats as well.  The beauty of this trowel is when embedding a tile into thinset, the notches collapse into each other, giving you better coverage from the start.
